A place where people associated with the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary can gather together and talk ministry, shoot the breeze, and catch up.
I think this is a super-duper swell idea 'n all dat, so I'll throw in my two cents to keep the ball rolling. As for Les and his assessment of your final paper - clearly he is unable to fully appreciate the administrative complexities of the 7th Presbyterian Church of Peosta, Hawaii. And to that I say...ROAD TRIP!!
When I clicked on the "Patron Saint" link, I indeed observed a moment of silence and lit a candle - partly out of reverence and partly because...well...it made me a lil' bit gassy. Nonetheless, for those inquiring minds in the crowd, the lovely Miss Jessica Walter actually has a string of cinematic triumphs on her resume including a recurring role on "Three's Company," "The Love Boat," and "Love, American Style." She can also be seen in an episode of "Joanie Loves Chachi" although she was, in fact, NOT Joanie (sorry, Jewett). But in an amazing testimony to the act of divine redemption, she has grown up to be...(drumroll, please)...Lucille Bluth on the Emmy Award-winning "Arrested Development." She almost seems worthy of being interviewed on a syndicated daytime talk show. Hmmmm, I wonder who might be interested in doing that...
